Agartala, 19 May 2025: Shri Anurag, IPS, newly appointed Director General of Police ( DGP), Tripura, convened a high- level meeting with senior officers and unit heads of Tripura Police today at the Police Headquarters ( PHQ). In a bid to review the overall law and order situation, he also interacted with district police heads across Tripura via video conference. A detailed discussion was held with West District police officials and other key officers on strengthening policing strategies. The DGP emphasised coordinated efforts, professional integrity, and community policing to ensure public safety and effective governance across the state.
