The agreement will enable the conversion of the historic Pushpabanta Palace into a premium heritage property. Originally built in 1917 by the erstwhile Maharaja Birendra Kishore Manikya Deb Barman Bahadur, the palace is a notable symbol of Tripura’s royal past. The renovated hotel will maintain the architectural essence of the palace, complemented by 100 high- end rooms, state banquet facilities, wellness areas, and leisure spaces such as swimming pools and play zones.
