  Agartala, Tripura – May 18, 2025: In response to the brutal terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, a massive Tiranga Yatra was organised on Saturday state wise. CM Pro. Dr. Manik Saha attended the rally  at Belabar Panchayat in West Tripura as a mark of tribute to the strong and decisive leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the valour of the Indian Armed Forces. Thousands of citizens from all walks of life joined the rally, which transformed into a vibrant show of unity and patriotism. Chanting slogans against terrorism and Pakistan's repeated role in promoting cross-border terrorism, the participants raised the Indian tricolour high with pride.   Agartala, May 18, 2025: Taking a forward- looking step to reinforce administrative excellence in Tripura, the state government has embarked on building a Civil Services Officers’ Institute with a projected investment of ₹ 31.15 crore. The foundation stone for the facility was laid today by Chief Minister Prof. ( Dr.) Manik Saha in a formal ceremony attended by senior officials and officers from multiple departments. The institute is envisioned as a training and knowledge centre that will offer structured learning opportunities, research, and inter- departmental collaboration for civil servants. It will include modern amenities like high- tech classrooms, a digital library, residential blocks, and auditoriums to enable advanced administrative learning and leadership development. Tripura Gets Major Boost in Fisheries: Kailashahar Aquapark Sanctioned Under PMMSY

Agartala, May 18, 2025: In a significant step toward making the Northeast region self-reliant in fish production, Union Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh (Lalan Singh) announced the sanctioning of four Integrated Aquaparks in the region, including one in Tripura's Unakoti district headquarters, Kailashahar. The announcement was made during a virtual foundation stone laying ceremony for the Aquapark and the inauguration of Tripura's Fish Festival. Alongside the Tripura project, the other three Aquaparks will be set up in Assam, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh. These developments are part of 11 Integrated Aquaparks sanctioned across the country under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY).
