Agartala, May 29: In line with the continuous efforts of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to ensure food self-sufficiency, improve farmers’ income, and promote sustainable agriculture through modern technologies and scientific practices, Tripura has officially launched the ‘Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan’ . The state-level inauguration was conducted by Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha at Sachin Debbarman Hall in Bishramganj. The campaign will continue till June 12, aiming to empower farmers with information on modern cultivation techniques and central and state government schemes. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister highlighted that this campaign is not only about spreading awareness but also documenting farmers’ feedback and innovative practices.
