Agartala, 2nd August 2025: Joining the national event led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state of Tripura celebrated the release of the 20th installment under PM-KISAN Yojana with a dedicated programme at Arundhatinagar. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha addressed the gathering and highlighted the transformative role of this scheme in ensuring financial security for farmers through direct benefit transfer. As part of the latest tranche, over ₹45 crore was transferred to the bank accounts of 2.84 lakh farmers in Tripura. Dr. Saha termed the initiative a “symbol of farmer-centric governance, transparency, and digital empowerment under the leadership of PM Modi.”

Agartala, 2nd August 2025: Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Friday said that Tripura continues to add new feathers to its crown of development, as the state achieved 100% success in six Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under the NITI Aayog-led Quarterly Saturation Campaign 2024. Speaking at the 'Sampurnata Abhiyan Samman Samaroh' held at Pragya Bhavan, the Chief Minister praised the aspirational district of Dhalai and aspirational blocks Ganganagar, Dashda, and Damcherra for their pioneering contribution to this achievement. The respective District Magistrates, BDOs, and agricultural extension officers of these areas were felicitated during the event.
