CM Manik Saha Presides Over Induction Completion of TCS Officers at Pragna Bhavan

A formal valedictory ceremony was held today at Pragna Bhavan to mark the completion of induction training for the 2024 batch of TCS Grade-II officers. The event was graced by Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha and the Chief Secretary, who jointly served as chief guests.


Organised by SIPARD, the six-month induction programme was designed to prepare the newly recruited officers for their roles in the state’s administrative system. In his address, Dr. Saha congratulated the officers and said, “Public service is a noble responsibility. Let your work create a lasting and positive change in society.”


The officers also introduced themselves during the session and shared their aspirations. The Chief Minister interacted warmly with them, offering guidance and motivation for their journey ahead. The Chief Secretary appreciated the dedication of the trainees and reminded them of the ethical standards required in governance.


This ceremony symbolised the beginning of a new chapter for the officers, who will now be posted across various departments and districts. Their active service is expected to enhance the efficiency, responsiveness, and transparency of the administration in Tripura.
