West District Level Boxing Championship Kicks Off in Agartala

 

Agartala, May 24, 2025 – The 1st West District Level Boxing Championship-2025 commenced today at NSRCC, Netaji Chowmuhani, Agartala, West Tripura. The event is being organised by the West District Boxing Association, affiliated with the Tripura Amateur Boxing Association and recognised by the Tripura Sports Council and Tripura Olympic Association.

This championship marks a significant moment for boxing enthusiasts in the district, bringing together emerging talents from across the region. The event aims to promote amateur boxing and foster sportsmanship among the youth.

The tournament began at 11:00 AM, and the venue saw an enthusiastic turnout of participants and supporters. Organisers have expressed their hope that the championship will provide a platform for budding athletes to display their skills and potentially move on to state and national levels.
