Har Ghar Tiranga Rally Spreads Patriotic Fervour in Agartala on 12th August


 




In a grand display of patriotism, the Department of ICA organised a Har Ghar Tiranga rally on 12th August from Ujjayanta Palace to Rabindra Bhavan in Agartala. The rally drew enthusiastic participation from citizens, students, and cultural groups, concluding with a vibrant programme at Rabindra Bhavan Hall No. 1.

Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, Minister Sri Tinku Roy, MLA Mina Rani Sarkar, West District Zila Parishad President Sri Biswajit Shil, Deputy Mayor Monoka Das, and other prominent figures took part in the event. The march aimed to foster national pride, respect for the tricolour, and awareness of India’s unique identity.

The BSF Jazz Band performed stirring patriotic songs, while NSS, NCC, college contingents, and departments including Sports and Social Welfare marched alongside. The cultural programme highlighted unity in diversity, leaving the audience inspired.
