Local homeowners report significant structural damage, particularly to household toilets and bathroom facilities, attributing the destruction to the contractor's failure to implement essential soil stabilisation techniques.

Critical Safety Concerns Highlighted

Sources reveal that the construction work proceeded without installing crucial bamboo reinforcements (hana), a standard practice designed to prevent soil displacement. The alleged cost-cutting measure has potentially compromised residential structural integrity.

"The contractor appears more interested in maximising profits than ensuring community safety," said one affected resident, who wished to remain anonymous. "Our homes are at risk of further structural collapse."

Systematic Negligence Alleged

The contractor's inconsistent work pattern has drawn additional criticism. Residents report sporadic site presence—working intermittently for a day before disappearing for extended periods.

Affected homeowners are calling for:
