School of Science Announces Free Coaching for Medical and Engineering Entrance Exams Under "Medha Scheme"



Agartala, 22 March: School of Science, a leading coaching institute in Tripura for competitive and joint entrance exams, has announced free coaching for medical and engineering entrance examinations under its "Medha Scheme (Talent Scheme)." The initiative aims to support students preparing for NEET, JEE (Main + Advanced), and TBJEE from 2025 to 2027.  


The announcement was made by the institute’s principal during a press conference held at its Shyamali Bazar office. The scheme will benefit students who have recently appeared for their Class XII board exams with a science background, as well as repeaters. Additionally, students currently in Class XII and those who have completed Class X this year will also be eligible for free coaching in 2026 and 2027.  



The coaching for NEET and JEE 2025 will commence on 27th March and continue until 2nd May 2025, featuring five full-length mock exams held every Monday. For 2026 and 2027 aspirants, free classes will begin on 2nd April and run for six months. The institute will also offer free coaching for Class IX and X students from 1st April, covering their syllabus and foundation courses for entrance exams within six months.  


To ensure wider accessibility, the institute will provide live and recorded online classes through its learning app. Admission will follow a "first come, first serve" policy, with 100 students selected annually, including 50% from the general category, 20% from ST, 20% from SC, 5% from minority communities, and 5% from BPL families.  


Interested students can collect application forms from the institute’s office from 23rd March and submit them by 30th March 2025, along with required documents.  


School of Science has a proven track record, with over 472 students cracking medical entrance exams and 465 securing seats in prestigious engineering institutions, including IITs. The institute also emphasised its focus on technological advancements, offering online live streaming and recorded classes, and plans to extend coaching to middle school students in the future.  


This initiative reflects School of Science’s commitment to empowering Tripura’s youth and fostering academic excellence.
