Blood Donation Camp Shows Community Spirit in Agartala organised by the Tripura Graduate Fisheries Officers Association at the Fish Health Investigation Hall.






A voluntary blood donation camp was successfully organized by the Tripura Graduate Fisheries Officers Association at the Fish Health Investigation Hall in College Tilla, Agartala on Saturday. The event demonstrated strong community participation and leadership support, with West Tripura Zilla Parishad Sabhadhipati Balai Goswami serving as the chief inaugurator.


The inauguration ceremony began with the traditional lighting of a divine lamp by Balai Goswami and Fisheries Department Secretary Dipadi Nayar. TSECL Chairman Totan Das was also present among other distinguished guests who graced the occasion.


The dignitaries engaged personally with blood donors during the event, expressing their appreciation for the humanitarian gesture. In their addresses, they emphasized blood donation's life-saving importance and its spiritual significance. They commended the Fisheries Officers Association's initiative as a meaningful contribution to public welfare and health awareness.


The camp served as a platform to promote voluntary blood donation while strengthening community bonds in Tripura. The organization of such an event by the Graduate Fisheries Officers Association reflects their commitment to social responsibility beyond their professional duties.


By bringing together government officials, community leaders, and citizens for this noble cause, the blood donation camp exemplified successful collaboration between various stakeholders in service of public health.
