The budget was tabled by Mayor Deepak Majumder during a session held at the Corporation’s conference hall. As per the proposal, the total projected revenue and capital income for 2025–26 is ₹475.83 crore, against an estimated expenditure of ₹476.55 crore, resulting in a deficit of ₹72.02 lakh.
