CM Inspects Renovation of Mata Tripura Sundari Temple, PM Modi Likely to Inaugurate Soon

 



7th September 2025. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha visited the Mata Tripura Sundari Temple in Udaipur on Sunday to inspect the renovation works nearing completion under the PRASAD scheme. Officials indicated that around 80% of the work has been completed, with final touches underway.

The temple, a revered Shakti Peetha, is expected to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi later this month. Security arrangements were reviewed on Saturday by senior police officials in preparation for the event.

Accompanied by Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Matabari MLA Abhishek Deb Roy, and senior government officers, the CM emphasized enhancing greenery and floral plantations around the temple complex to improve its aesthetic appeal.

Dr. Saha told reporters, “The exact date of the Prime Minister’s visit is yet to be confirmed. However, we are ensuring that all preparations are in place.”
